Interesting to see how impossible it is for someone who is not in government to make sensible recommendations on how to save money and what programs to cut. Just like a business can only know best how to cut expenses without destroying the business, only the bureaucracy can figure out how to cut and consolidate functions. The legislature needs to incentivize the bureaucrats to economize by simply cutting their budgets.
