I'm not sure what you're disagreeing with - that parties change over time, that calling people "RINO" doesn't win votes, or that we have to build upon eternal principles?
Yes. I can see I'm describing a color photo to a sightless man. The problem isn't "moderates." They have always existed and they have always been proven wrong (to the extent they rely on growing government). The real trend of concern is the "unpersuasive," i.e. the chronically rude, the shallow, the lazy and the blinded-by-power.
