Why should the Idaho Judicial Council be abolished? I do not see a reason to accuse the council of appropriateness just because experienced judges in leadership positions are making appojntment recomendations. How have those appointments produced questionable judges? I would rather have sitting peers in leadership making such appointments based on experience and competence vs the legfislature making such appointment sbased on partisan ship and ideology.
