Do these dairies not want American workers because they want cheap labor? I listened to a Senate Ag Committee meeting last year. The upshot was that the ag industry wants a constant, fresh supply of illegals to work their farms, because they will only spend a few years doing farm labor before moving on to other employment. Offering them amnesty will likely only accelerate their transition to other jobs and require even more illegals to take their place.
P. S. If Americans weren't paying to support every other country in the world, along with corporate welfare and kickbacks to politicians, they could afford to pay a little more for dairy products--and everything else, for that matter.
